SALPay and Salarium are an existing fintech solution in the Philippines providing debit card, e-wallet and financing solution linked to a payroll SaaS product. **With 100s of companies and 1,000s of employees paid through SALPay** companies are asking us to offer a transfer service thats fast and cheap for their payroll funding.

Our solution is a SALPay token and operating a network of exchanges to provide real exchange rate fees and transfers for our clients directly into SALPay.

SALPay will use the funds from the ICO to license its network of exchanges and provide liquidity for the network. Our tech solution is already fully commercial and in operation.

SALPay issues a debit Mastercard to thousands of employees and will offer token holders a reward of the aggregate cash amount spent by our card holders dropped to their wallets.

Our existing and growing customer demand ensure that the utility will drive demand for the token from the first day of operation.
